Ardeena worked with me to release many parts of my life that I didnt even realise were not balanced.

In 2023, I participated in a breath work course, working 1 on 1 with Ardeena for 10 weeks. It was a profound experience which allowed me to gain deep insight into my true desires and cultivate the idea that I have the power to create the kind of life I want to live. The breath work itself allowed me to pinpoint and work through blocks and heal old wounds which had held me back.
When I met with Ardeena, I was feeling down, exhausted and dissatisfied with many areas of my life. Ardeena’s gentle approach and ability to hold space and guide me through her breath work sessions with wisdom and care allowed me the safety to open up and face my reality head on. At the end of each session I found a new intention for the following week, which saw me taking risks and opening my awareness to the opportunities around me.
Ardeena helped me to empower myself. It had a total snow-ball effect. The more action I took, the more confident I felt, the more I valued myself and trusted in my ability to create change.
When I met Ardeena, I was teaching dance, renting a studio by the hour whilst juggling casual jobs to make ends meet. Since finishing Ardeena’s course, I have achieved some huge work milestones. I now have my own studio, have attracted an amazing community of students, have started performing again myself and have committed to yearly overseas travel to continue my dance education and to nurture my connection to culture. In my personal life, my relationships with myself, my partner, my family and friends have flourished and deepened. I can honestly say that the passion I yearned for is now flowing freely through every aspect of my life.
