I have known Monica for a few years now as a friend and a mentor. Even though I have studied nutrition at Diploma level, Monica is someone who I trust to go to for further advice and knowledge. Her skills and understanding around nutrition and food is second to none. She is up to date on the latest nutritional research and the impact of food on health. Plus... she makes delicious meals ;-)

I have known Monica in a professional capacity for the past 8 years and have learnt a huge amount from her during that time. As a matter of fact, we learnt so much from each other in the first 2 years that we decided to collaborate together on a few projects since. Her nutritional knowledge is bar none, and that is coming from a nutritional therapist like myself! We always come up with some fabulous foods that we prepare for ourselves and our families when we are together. She has a great repertoire in gluten free foods as well as understands the gut/brain issues very well, caused by inappropriate foods. Above all, she is kind and very patient when teaching someone with no knowledge of nutrient dense foods. The type of food she teaches by keeping it very simple will lead anyone to optimal health and happiness.
