My teaching style is supportive and straightforward — I break down exercise science, training principles, and performance psychology into clear, real-world examples so you can feel confident in your knowledge and ready to apply it in practice. My goal is not just to help you pass your exams, but to make sure you actually understand the concepts and feel prepared to succeed as a trainer.”
