Ella is a highly organised and proactive individual, with the key qualities that make a great tutor. She has experience working with children and young people at different ages, and has always been committed to supporting others to reach their goals and remain motivated. She is particularly adept at taking into account individual needs and objectives, with attention to detail and flexibility which supports their progress and success. In addition to pursuing her own studies and completing her own qualifications, Ella managed her time and others effectively in her previous experience as a Teaching Assistant and Maths tutor, with her students all achieving positive results in their exams.

I have known Ella for 13 years since secondary school and have always known her to be kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I can speak from experience when I say that Ella is a great Tutor. She tutored me during both the GCSE and A level academic season in Maths. As a result of her tutoring, I obtained an
A* at GCSE and A at A-level. Ella was able to tutor me at the same time as studying for these exams herself, which demonstrates her strong time management skills.
