About Catalina
Im a passionate yoga teacher and therapist with almost 10 years of practice and 5 years of official studies. Im interested on the body as a the most limitless vehicle to connect with ourselves and in the combination of movement, breath and stillness as the most powerful tools we have to navigate our life in the most positive, wholesome and enjoyable way.

I based my classes my personal experience in the meditation and the yoga world through the years. I believe that if we commit to a meditation and breath practice we'll be able to experience the benefits and the positive effects in our mind, body, and relations with the world. Depending on ourselves and the moment we are living in our life we may need different practices, that's why I offer personalised session for each individuals/groups.
