About Kelsey
I am a Human Movement Science with Sports coaching degree graduate/national hockey player/university team hockey player.
I have achieved to inspire school children and motivate them further in their hockey aspirations.
For the past 3 consecutive years, I have successfully coached school teams at the North West University u16 and u18 Hockey Clinics.

The method I utilize to teach is one that is minimalistic. I focus on the important aspects whether small or big and the mental and visual side to sport is a priority for me.
I coach high school students who have an affinity for sport. School level and provincial level and students who are determined and goal driven.
I utilize visual aids, videos and practical lessons to give instructions.
I am able to be patient and will explain any information in depth.
