About Firdaus
I am an HRM graduate, but currently a stay at home mom to 3 yound kids. I've discovered that I enjoy teaching them to read, write etc. I have held training presentations with all ages ranging from aids awareness presented to kids in their teens to tertiary education students and even voluntary work in an old age home. I am very good with letter writing and am an assistant to my husband who is currently studying education.

With young kids I find that repetition works best. Tutoring those who want to learn English as a second language is different in the sense that pronunciation takes a bit more time and then we eventually move on to the meaning of the words and how they are used in a sentence. Understanding the word or phrases being introduced is my first step in helping students learn effectively
