About Natasia
I'm a highly experienced Human Resources Practitioner, for over 19yrs. Over the years I actively participated in the training, learning, development and job placement of various people. I also provided specialist Life Skills Training and Work-Readiness Training Programmes for People with Disabilities.
I have a natural flair and love of the English language. I've turned this passion into part-time creative writing which resulted in a few short stories, which I hope to publish someday.

My teaching method includes using visual aids, demonstrative teaching methods and outcomes based assessments. In addition, I try to keep the learning process inclusive and interactive.
For example, while teaching, I let different learners read from the material I'm presenting. I also encourage other learners to respond to questions emanating from the group. By doing this it facilitates the leaner to take ownership of their learning and development and applying their newly acquired skills and knowledge.
