About Edward
I am a Humanities graduate offering KS3 English Literature and Language lessons to help you get up to speed for GCSE and beyond!
All our lessons will be tailored to your individual needs to ensure you improve on what you need to- from analysing novels and poetry, to writing a persuasive argument and more.
Also, I provide proofreading services for essays up to 3000 words in length in Humanities and Arts subjects from KS4 to University.

English Lessons for Years 7-9.
Our lessons will look at building the key skills that you need to get on in English, at KS3 and beyond (such as for those Year 9s not looking forward to next year). English doesn’t have to be a headache. I will provide you with lessons that are practical and easy to understand- to help you get to where you want to go.
We will be looking at extracts from different texts and helping you learn how to unravel the meaning and intentions behind writers' choices, and how those choices create impact for the reader.
This involves looking at and identifying grammar and literary devices- which you need to know to talk about language, while building the skills you need to discuss and write about language in an interesting way.
Most lessons will last no more than an hour, although if you are pressed for time and need something shorter, I would be happy to accommodate a shorter time frame.
