About Ceferino
My name is Ceferino Cenizo. I am an ICF certified Life and Consciousness and Coach, Trauma and Tension Release Provider (TRE ) who partners with individuals to access their highest potentials, whether personal, relational or professional.
Prior to this, I was a regenerative farmer, brand manager and business analyst, with over 10 years of experience in the corporate sector, across multiple industries.
It brings me great joy to witness people coming to a deeper understanding of who they are and how they are creating the realities that they experience.
