About JYOTI
I am Jyoti Malhotra, an experienced educator with over 12 years of teaching expertise in IELTS coaching, Human Resource Management, and academic mentoring. I hold an MBA (Honors) in HRM, along with postgraduate degrees in Economics and Commerce. I am also UGC-NET qualified and have worked as an Assistant Professor, as well as the Founder & Director of Step Ahead Institute. With an IELTS band score of 8.0, I have successfully trained hundreds of students to improve their English proficiency and achieve their desired scores. My teaching approach is practical, student-centered, and result-driven. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their academic and professional goals.
