About Adarsh
I am an IIT engineer teaching for last 28 years, my aim is to touch the fundamentals of a subject. having taught in even different centre I found the problem of better ranking has more to do with students training and every student has different ability and temperament. As I tutor we must look at the problem of students problem rather than ONLY our individual results. I feel no tutor is PERFECT for every student and same is with the case of STUDENT. If I taught 100 students but cannot reach a particular student I am NOT a good tutor for him. and in an opposite scenario if I taught upto a students satisfaction and have raised his ability I might be BEST for HIM

I prefer first understanding the student problem by reaching HIM/HER and than I plan individually for his/her benefit. Explain him and parents about the labour and time required to reach the level of his satisfaction. Also I would like to be BLUNT if a student plans for IIT and already has weak fundamentals. I feel as a tutor I have MORAL responsibility to tell the parents and student about the actual capability as per my assessment. My assessment could be different than their expectation!
