About Hoji
I am an Economics, Finance and Data Science undergraduate at Imperial College London with a strong academic record, having achieved 43 points in the IB (top 3% worldwide). My background combines both analytical and essay-based strengths, allowing me to guide students through every aspect of the Economics syllabus with clarity and confidence. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential, whether that means mastering difficult concepts, improving exam technique, or developing structured and persuasive essays. Having recently gone through the same exams myself, I understand the challenges students face and can provide strategies that genuinely work. I've been tutoring since 2021, having taught more than 10 students to date, and helping each one of them smash their goals and exams has been extremely fulfilling. I am patient, organised, and committed to ensuring my students see consistent progress. My aim is to build both knowledge and confidence, so that students not only achieve top results but also develop a lasting interest in Economics.

I tailor lessons to each student’s needs, focusing on building strong conceptual understanding and exam technique. Sessions include topic breakdowns, past paper practice, and examiner insight, with real-world examples to make Economics engaging and relevant. Most lessons are 60 minutes, though I also offer 90 minutes for intensive revision. Who the lessons are for: A-Level and IB Economics students (all exam boards) Sixth formers aiming for top grades and university entry Learners seeking support with essays, data response, and exam preparation
