About Nihal
Hi! I’m a current student with an unconditional offer from Imperial College London, and I offer tutoring in GCSE and IB subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, and Economics. I achieved 39 points in the IB, scoring 7s in Higher Level Biology, Chemistry, a 6 in Economics, and a 7 in Standard Level Maths. At GCSE, I achieved Grade 9s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths. I’ve been tutoring a GCSE-level student for the past six months, which has given me valuable experience in lesson planning, simplifying complex concepts, and adapting my teaching to suit different learning styles. I focus on breaking down difficult topics into manageable parts and linking content directly to how it appears in exams. My sessions are interactive and student-led—we focus on building confidence, applying knowledge to exam questions, and strengthening weak areas over time.

Having achieved 10 A stars in GCSE and a predicted IB score of 39 points (equivalent to 3 A stars and an A) I am confident in tutoring students of a range of abilities in GCSE Maths, Biology, and Chemistry, as well as IB Biology, Chemistry, Economics, and Maths SL.
Whether you’re preparing for an exam, struggling with a topic, or aiming to push a grade higher, I tailor every session to your goals. I’m available for both online tutoring and in-person sessions (depending on location), and I’m always happy to chat before we begin
Experience in mentoring younger pupils has enabled me to develop a tailored approach which ensures that each session is engaging and effective, enabling students to excel in their studies and gain confidence in their abilities. Lessons will typically last 1 hour.
