About Jasmina

Bonjour ! I’m a native French speaker with an in-depth understanding of French grammar and years of bilingual and translation experience. I’m passionate about helping others learn and love the French language, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level. I bring a professional, patient and friendly approach to every lesson, and I take pride in creating a learning environment that’s both supportive and effective. I adapt to each learner’s pace, goals and style. My background in translation means I have a strong grasp of how languages work in practice, not just on paper – and I love helping students bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world fluency. Whether you want to improve your conversation, fine-tune your grammar, or get exam-ready, I’m here to help you succeed.

About the lesson

I offer tailored one-to-one French lessons for GCSE and A Level students, as well as adults of all levels – whether you're preparing for exams, looking to brush up your conversation skills, or aiming for full fluency. I focus on building real-world language skills, not just textbook knowledge. In my typically 60 minute long lessons (for optimal focus), I can help you improve your accent and pronunciation to sound more natural and confident, and adapt my teaching style entirely to your needs – from immersive, all-in-French lessons to clear explanations in English for beginners. Whether you're after structured lessons or relaxed conversation practice, I use a variety of proven teaching methods to make learning engaging, effective and enjoyable. My goal is always the same: helping you communicate clearly and fluently, and actually enjoy the process. Get in touch to discuss what you're looking for – I'd love to help you reach your French goals!
