About Bilan
I’m a Negotiation & Conflict Resolution professional with more than 10 years of experience in both the public and private sector.
I completed a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. I’ve presented negotiation research at the World Bank’s Land & Poverty Conference in 2017 and 2018. In additional, I worked at the United Nations as a Development Fellow to help raise funds for civil society projects in Libya and Tunisia in 2016.
Today, I work in the private sector facilitating business negotiations and training peers on mitigating risk.
