About Manuel
I am a dance student at the Academia de la danza Mexicana. I began my training with the barre to the floor with a prima ballerina from the Paris opera with whom I also started classical. I am currently studying contemporary dance where I was also trained in ballet, I have learned from great international and national masters. I have solid foundations and experience as a teacher.

I like to teach from solid foundations that allow you to exploit your skills and get to know your body. I believe that breathing is the foundation of everything, so I teach you to use it to your advantage to avoid injury. From individual to group classes I like to create a comfortable environment. I am demanding and rest assured that we will discover the potential you have and take advantage of it. For this, in my ballet class I put floor exercises in beginners, with strength and elasticity, all to develop a good position. I like to work on the bar and diagonal twists and jumps, so that you can dance from the beginning. In contemporary class I will teach you motors of movement and we will learn sequences that help us to experiment and develop strength, coordination and dexterity to move.
