About Fermin
My native language is Spanish and since I studied English up to the advanced level I can speak English fluently. My passion for literature began when I was very little. At the age of 7, my godmother gave me my first book. I remember it was a graphic novel about "Treasure Island" and from then on I didn't stop buying books even though no one in my house liked to read except newspapers. My literary tastes have changed over the years. I have been a regular reader of many authors such as; Mario Vargas Llosa, Jose Maria Arguedas, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Julio Cortazar, Jose Saramago, Roberto Bolaño, Stephen King and Charles Bukowski to name a few.

My classes focus on reading, writing and correct pronunciation of Spanish. I am interested in the student being able to read and understand texts in Spanish at first. The next level consists of the student being able to write texts in Spanish correctly on their own and in the final stage the objective is to be able to speak in Spanish with the student as fluently as possible.
