About Mira
Hello, my name is Mira—a Japanese-Indian mix, now based in London. With a deep connection to both cultures, I bring a unique and inclusive perspective to my yoga teaching. I completed my RYT200 yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India—the spiritual heart of yoga. This experience provided me with a strong technical foundation as well as a deep respect for yoga as a holistic, lifelong practice. In addition to teaching bilingual yoga classes (English & Japanese) online for over six months, I also have a background as a pole dancer and performer, with seven years of experience. My movement practice blends strength, grace, and expression, and greatly informs my approach to both yoga and embodied awareness. I value clear communication, mindful movement, and creating a welcoming space where students feel safe, seen, and supported—regardless of their level or background. Yoga has helped me find balance in my own life, and I would love to help you experience that, too.

I am a certified RYT200 yoga instructor, trained in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga. With roots in both Japan and India, I offer a unique blend of traditional wisdom and modern awareness, teaching in both English and Japanese. My classes are open to everyone—from complete beginners with no exercise experience to athletes looking to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Each session is customised to suit your level, goals, and energy of the day. A typical class includes: ・Breath awareness and gentle warm-up ・Flow or strength-focused asana practice ・Stretching, cool-down, and relaxation/meditation With over 6 months of online teaching experience, I provide safe, encouraging guidance to help you grow at your own pace—physically and mentally. Let’s build strength, find calm, and reconnect through yoga—wherever you are!
