My teaching method is tailored to suit the individual needs. I start first by professionally assessing the individuals to know their current orientation, ideas and state, which will give me a proper understanding of the ideal need of the individuals to help me give a more targeted career advice before drafting out an implementation/action plan. I base my classes on real life case study and results from interacting with each student. I approach each topic by starting from the current state of the students using what they can relate with first and I use demonstration, brainstorming, discussion, evaluation and role play, as well as videos and PowerPoint presentations to properly guide the students through.
