About Niraj
I have completed two-year full-time MBA in Finance stream preceded by Bachelors in Commerce followed by 13 years of corporate industry experience and three+ years of teaching experience. I have taught school children across different education boards and from different grades at T.I.M.E. institute the subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, Business Studies, Economics and Accounting. I also have taught the subject of Mental Ability Test for NTSE Exam [National Talent Search Exam] to school children from the Grade 10 at Mahesh Tutorials. I have few months of experience teaching Mathematics to school children at CueMath with exceptional achievement in teaching performance and received appreciation from CueMath's Quality Review Team, from parents and from students.

My teaching methodology is that of customised teaching which is tailored as per the needs of each child/student. I understand that each child [each student] has different level of learning styles and different levels of knowledge and thus, each child/each student needs different levels of time, energy, efforts and attention while teaching. I practice the method of querying and asking cueing questions to my students to activate their own intellect, intelligence and their thinking process. I base my teachings on the premise of the existing level of understanding of each student from where i have to pull up his-her level to a highly intelligent student.
