About Georgia
I have experience as a STEM ambassador and Presenter at Sublime Science events. This involved explaining and demonstrating simple experiments to children from primary school to secondary school ages and answering any questions they had.
During my year working as a R&D Technician I was also given GCSE Level students on work experience weeks to teach, one of which was very enthusiastic about perusing chemistry after!

I'm a final year undergraduate with a years experience working on the research & development of polymer beads used in the treatment of liver cancer. Expected first class honours degree in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Sciences.
I build lessons around what the student wants to learn (or particularly struggles with). Understanding a subject is a whole other ball game to just 'remembering' facts and I think this is missed in education until you reach degree level.
