About Laura
I have been a 200 RYT yoga teacher and wellness coach for over 6 years, affiliated through Breathe for Change and registered through Yoga Alliance. I have taught in a multitude of settings including: large groups of children, faculty/business meetings, private one-on-one with all ages including elderly, open park community classes, and beyond. I am currently pursuing my trauma and somatics certification as well as an intermodal creative arts facilitator training to enhance my professional development as a yoga teacher and leader.

We begin each class with a guided meditation and sound bath, allowing you to fully BE in your body and set an intention.
Each class will be specially designed for your body and alleviating any discomfort in the body that day. With a fun playlist and direct cues, yoga will become your anchor into the present moment of breathing into a sense of relief.
All are welcomed here, regardless of experience. May you leave each session with deeper love for yourself and more vitality in your body.
