Interactive and fun language classes given by an international teacher in full immersion

Delphine est une personne très gentille et ouverte. Elle arrive à m'inspirer chaque fois qu'elle me raconte de ses idées. Elle sait bien expliquer des choses difficiles à n'importe quel personne. Elle est intelligente donc ses cours de langue sont bien structuré avec des sujets intéressants et utils.
Je la recommende comme Prof pour n'importe quel niveau!

I started to take French classes with Delphine one of the first weeks after my arrival in Paris. My French was on a rather low level with a basic understanding of written text but no experience in speaking. Although I have had taken several language courses in the past, Delphine’s course for me was a complete new experience, it boosted my language skills and probably just as important: my self-confidence when speaking in a very short time. After a few weeks I felt confident enough to speak French in everyday situations.

Delphine has a clear vision on teaching and a unique style which I would describe as creative, dynamic, related to real-life situations, and getting you out of your comfort-zone. Rather than sitting back and ‘consume information’ students are in a continuous dynamic interaction, no escapes to English. I experience this always as hard-working, but often I am surprised to find out that I can express more in French than I expected. Even after a few months, Delphine still surpises us all the time with new creative formats, games and interesting topics.

I strongly recommend this excellent teacher to anyone who is committed to learn a language.

I think Ms Delphine is a great teacher, because I feel that she genuinely cares about how well her students do in her class, and always wishes for them to excel in learning Spanish. Additionally, her teaching style is impeccable, as she manages to make learning a language fun and educational, by incorporating educational games, activities and exercises so that her students can both enjoy and learn while in her class.

Delphine loves teaching and has a great rapport with her students. She motivates them and does her best to create interesting and meaningful lessons. She shares her knowledge of the world as she has travelled extensively and has a good understanding of what her students need to progress.

Ms. Delphine taught me spanish ab initio under the International Baccalaureate curriculum for two years. I looked forward to her classes daily as they were engaging and lively. She is a wonderful teacher with a really good grasp of the subject and also a lovely person whom I enjoyed talking to and learnt a lot from. I miss her classes dearly and recommend her wholeheartedly.

My name is Anindya. I was Delphine's student for two years where she taught as my Spanish Ab Initio teacher for the IB Diploma Program.
Classes with Delphine were easily one of my favorite parts of the day. She is a phenomenal teacher who constantly interacts with students in the language she is teaching. For example, from the very beginning of my classes with her, she interacted with me in Spanish. Initially, I found it hard because I didn't understand the language. However, by constantly interacting with her in Spanish, I was able to get a fairly firm grasp on the basics of the language.

Delphine is also a very fair teacher as she does not resort to favoritism and her grading of work is always very thorough. As a teacher, she also incorporates a lot of fun activities to the lessons, enabling us to learn about the topics we're studying whilst having a good time.

To conclude, Delphine is by far one of the best teachers I have ever had and I can truly say that my grasp on the Spanish language is only so strong because of her. Not only did she teach my class and I the language but taught us a lot about the Hispanic culture.

Ms. Delphine taught me Spanish for my IB Diploma years. Coming from a background where my first language was not English, I found it to be quite a challenge to learn this Latin origin language, however Ms. Delphine was the most engaging teacher. She didn't just teach me how to speak a few phrases and the rules of the language, she taught the culture associated with it, and the connotations that came with every phrase. She taught in a way that encouraged me to think in Spanish. Apart from that, she was really patient, and she made language learning a very fun class. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a teacher.

Ms. Delphine only taught me Spanish for a year but the impact she left on me will remain with me forever. She is an extremely engaging teacher who uses varied sources including videos, articles, songs, and comics to teach Spanish. She is very cheerful, ensuring that everyone looks forward to her classes. We have regular assignments as well which greatly help practise and learn a new language. She is absolutely amazing!
