As per my experience, teaching is a difficult job cause you have to see and understand from your pupils point of view, which most of us lack. I prefer to teach students the way they would want to learn it, it has to be interactive, visualizing which helps retaining the things for a longer time, with breaking down the Clinical and Theoritical concepts which would provide your ward to have a more confident approach towards the management of patients.
