About Zoe
Hi, I’m Zoe and I’m a Leeds University student studying International Business and Marketing. Having successfully achieved my academic goals at GCSE, A-level and now at undergraduate level, I can share my personal experiences and skills to help my students to accomplish their own.
As well as my studies, I also have experience in industry. This helps me to provide my students with real-life examples and scenarios, making studying more interesting and intuitive.
I help my students to succeed by not only being an effective tutor but also a mentor, offering continual support to help guide my students through their academic careers.

My tutoring process first starts with identifying and resolving any problems the student is having with understanding the key concepts of a topic. I then use news articles and current issues to bring the topic to life and further develop the students understanding. Finally, I work through a variety past-paper questions with the student to help them gain the skills needed to excel in the exam.
To measure progress, I set small, manageable tasks as homework. This may be an exam question to ensure the contents of the previous session has been understood, or a research task into a current issue in the news.
