I was a full scholarship student of Leon Buyse at UM where I received my MM. My BM was at Peabody with Mark Sparks. Performed professional in orchestras, recitals & soloist in over 15 countries. Master classes with Galway.

I teach from experience by listening first to the student. Once I hear them perform, I see what area of improvement is need and assign a etude which focuses on that particular area. I also have a larger work such as a concerto or sonata for the student to study. If the student is a beginner I work with books helping them with the basics of tone and scales. I also ask the student to prepare something of his or her choosing for each class.
