About Rose
I completed my RYT 200 training with Radiantly Alive in Ubud, Bali under Kimberley Utama, and continue to be influenced by teachers I have studied with in London and Japan. I am inspired by creative, thoughtful sequencing that brings both intelligence and playfulness into the practice.
I first came to yoga in 2018 as a form of physical movement and personal escape, but quickly found something deeper - clarity, presence, and a sense of connection through the practice. What began as movement evolved into a consistent practice that has accompanied me across different countries, offering a sense of home and stability wherever I have been.

I teach Vinyasa yoga, a contemporary style of yoga that bring connection to breath, rhythm and mindful movement together.
I want students to feel grounded in their bodies, clear in their minds, and at home in themselves - wherever they are.
I aim to create a supportive space where people feel both physically and emotionally held in their practice.
