About Ishita
I’m myself a student just 19 years old studying in bcom 3rd semester.I have been a yoga practitioner for about 3-4 years .My interest towards this yoga and fitness path was increasing tremendously day by day so I decided to get a certificate of a yoga trainer so that i can make someone’s future a fit and healthy one .

A yoga session daily improves a person’s body shape, leads to a stable and relaxed mind and most importantly keeps us away from the doctors . My session will start with a breathing exercises then a basic warm up followed by variations in sun salutations[whole week different kind of sun salutation] and then a vinyasa flow and lastly but most importantly a good relaxation or meditation.I’ll guarantee my students a fun session every week!!
