I think Florence is a super duper lady. She aced her undergraduate in English Literature, and was even awarded a scholarship to go to Japan and do research for her dissertation which was also ace. She's very compassionate and loving person who cares deeply about others needs. As a teacher in Vietnam she was quickly able to intuit and devise ways of tailoring her lessons to suit the needs and interests of her students. She received impressive feedback from the headteacher at her language centre in Vietnam, and always had a good rapport with her students. I deeply value her as a life companion and friend and have absolute trust and confidence in her.
