About Rachel
I am a dancer and performer of 25 years. I have spent the last 10 years learning and honing the craft of belly dance and using its influence, along with jazz, hip hop & contemporary dance, to create my own signature style. I am an internationally- recognized and award- winning professional fusion dance performer. I have trained with some of the best dancers & teachers in the world, and have performed in Oregon, Nevada, Canada, Europe and all over California. I am a forever student, so my continued education is a high priority for me - which means I’m always learning a new way to move and staying plugged in with the culture as it moves forward in time. My personal style is ever- evolving and constantly re- inspired by a wide variety of different dance styles from around the globe.

My classes reflect who I am as a person- fun, light- hearted, unique, a lil silly sometimes, imaginative, fluid, supportive & expansive!! My students always reflect how much fun they had, how much more open they feel in their bodies, or how a piece of their creativity was unlocked during my classes! It’s incredibly important to me to make sure everyone feels at home, that they are included in a non- judgmental space and that their knowledge of their bodies is valuable.
