About Anisan
Hello! I am a Professor of Electronic Engineering currently teaching in the "Internet and Robotics" program at the Cégep level. With years of experience in higher education and a deep-rooted passion for the "Maker" movement, I specialize in helping students navigate the complex world where hardware meets software.
My Professional Background
In my daily work at the Cégep, I design curriculum, lead advanced laboratories, and prepare students for careers in automation, IoT, and robotics. This role keeps me at the forefront of pedagogical standards—I know exactly what instructors are looking for in lab reports and exam performance because I am the one grading them.
Beyond the Classroom
What truly sets my teaching apart is my active involvement in the industry. I am the president of my own corporation focused on technical innovation, and I spend my free time designing custom PCBs, working with ESP32 microcontrollers, and developing embedded systems. Whether it’s troubleshooting a complex charging circuit or optimizing C++ code for a robotics project, I bring "bench-tested" experience to every lesson.
Why Study With Me?
I understand that electronics can feel overwhelming—the math is dense and the hardware can be unforgiving. My mission is to simplify these concepts without losing the technical rigor. I pride myself on being patient, organized, and deeply committed to my students' "Aha!" moments. Whether you are aiming for a high R-Score or trying to launch your own hardware startup, I provide the professional mentorship you need to succeed.

Professional Electronics & Robotics Training: From Theory to Functional Hardware
Teaching Methodology & Techniques
I believe electronics is best learned at the workbench, not just on a whiteboard. My approach bridges the gap between academic theory and industrial application. I focus on a "system-level" understanding—teaching you not just how a component works, but how it interacts within a complex ecosystem like an ESP32-based IoT device or a robotic controller. We use professional-grade tools and focus on writing clean, efficient code alongside robust hardware design.
Typical Lesson Plan
Each session is tailored to your current project or curriculum hurdles, typically following this flow:
Requirement Analysis: Identifying the specific technical challenge or theoretical concept (e.g., I2C communication, logic-level shifting, or sensor integration).
Deep Dive: A brief, focused explanation of the underlying physics or logic.
Hands-On Execution: We move to the hardware or the IDE. This involves live schematic review, breadboarding, or debugging C++ code in real-time.
Validation: Testing the solution to ensure it meets technical specifications and discussing "why" the fix worked to build your intuition.
What Sets Me Apart
As a current Professor of Electronic Engineering in a Cégep "Internet and Robotics" program, I have a deep "inside look" at the curriculum and the common pitfalls students face. Beyond academia, I am an active developer in the world of custom PCB design and embedded systems. I don't just teach the syllabus; I teach the professional standards required for a career in robotics and the "Internet of Things."
Who These Lessons Are For
Cégep Students: Specifically those in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or Computer Science struggling with labs or complex theory.
University Engineering Students: Looking for practical hardware troubleshooting or embedded C++ support.
Professional Hobbyists: Makers looking to move from Arduino prototypes to professional-grade custom PCBs and IoT deployments.
Career Switchers: Individuals looking to gain technical literacy in automation and smart systems.
