About Karly
My name is Miss Karly and I have been teaching for over 16 years and in 3 states. I've taught in Kentucky, New York, and Ohio. I love school and I'm a lifelong learner. I am married to my husband, who was in the Army. We have a son, and he is in his senior year of high school. We have 2 dogs, Winnie (a long-haired mini Dachshund) and Poppy, (a Standard Parti Poodle), and can show you their pictures or you can catch them Online!

I have a natural talent for finding a student's "paycheck " and using that to build a positive rapport with my students and their families. I excel in Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and building a structured classroom with visuals, schedules, social skills and ADLs. I love working with functional academics. These strategies make my lessons engaging, and predictable for the students which can reduce their anxiety about their day.
