About Paul
I have been an IT Manager for 20 years and as part of my role, I had to assist and guide people in their career choices. I have managed teams of up to 15 people and have successfully coached many of them to promotions within the company.

I base my coaching on the wants/needs of the individual. It is important to fully understand what people want to get out of any discussion. I use a variety of tools/techniques for interviewing e.g. structured preparation, scenario planning, mock interviews.
