About Roy
I started undergraduate training at Pembroke College (Cambridge) in 2015 following completing secondary school with 12 A*s at GCSE, 15 A*s at A-level (Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) and 9/7.6/5A on BMAT. At Cambridge, I achieved triple first class as an undergraduate (focusing on Physiology for the intercalated year), and graduated with distinction, with the Roger Morris Prize in Medicine and Surgery for ranking first place in final year clinical examinations.
Currently, I now work in Cambridge as an academic clinician, entering training in nephrology.
I have several years' experience as a paid Undergraduate Supervisor for various colleges, teaching Physiology, Pathology and Biochemistry.
I have also interviewed for University of Cambridge since 2022, where I have experience reading personal statements and references, interviewing candidates, and input into the final decision-making process.

Our time will be personalised to you, focused on preparation and teaching sessions for science questions of the Oxbridge admission process. This will include consolidation of A-level physiology, biochemistry, anatomy and pathology, but will also extend to cover degree-level topics that commonly feature in interview.
I will also be available to support with other aspects of the admission process including personal statement writing, aptitude tests etc.
