About Timothy
Having taught for many years I enjoy seeing people smile as they learn a new language, making them more animated in their behaviour and general outlook on life. Teaching people how to communicate with deaf people comes from a place in my heart that is deeply caring and wants to see more people converse using sign language. To be able to use sign language has so many benefits, you can communicate through glass, hold private conversations so people cannot eavesdrop (unless they know sign language!) and be more visually aware of the world about you.

This is a one-off introductory session to British Sign Language. This session aims to strive towards a more inclusive world where we can at least use some sign language to communicate with deaf people from the UK. The lesson covers the alphabet, numbers, basic greetings, and a topic relevant to your field of work or personal interests, such as chess, sports, etc. This session is an hour long and resources will be provided at the end of the session so you will always have something to revert to and use for life. This lesson can host up to 10 people (if there are 10 of you that represents a serious bargain of £3 each!).
