About Isabele
I'm Isabele, a Brazilian Portuguese Coach multilingual language professional based in Fortaleza, Brazil
I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Portuguese and English, and I specialize in helping international students communicate naturally and confidently in Brazilian Portuguese.
My work is focused on real communication and cultural understanding. I guide students not only in learning the language, but in understanding how communication works in Brazil — in both social and professional contexts.
Over time, I have developed a structured approach that combines: • practical conversation • clear and objective language guidance • Brazilian cultural intelligence. This allows students to build confidence, speak more naturally, and adapt more easily to life in Brazil.

My methodology is based on a communication-focused and cultural immersion approach, designed to help students interact naturally in Brazilian Portuguese.
Rather than focusing only on grammar, I work with three core elements: 1. Communication First students begin speaking from the first sessions using practical and relevant language for real-life situations.
2. Cultural Intelligence I teach how Brazilians actually communicate, including indirect communication, social dynamics, and relationship-building patterns.
3. Real-Life Application Lessons are based on situations students will experience in Brazil, helping them build confidence and fluency in context.
Lesson Structure Each session is personalized and structured to develop real communication skills.
A typical lesson includes:
• guided conversation practice
• vocabulary and expressions used in real situations
• pronunciation and fluency development
• targeted grammar support (only when necessary)
• cultural insights to improve understanding and interaction.
The focus is always on helping students communicate clearly and confidently, not just understand the language. My Teaching Style My approach is professional, structured, and adapted to each student's goals. I focus on creating a natural and comfortable learning environment.
It is especially suitable for:
• expats moving to or living in Brazil
• professionals working with Brazilian teams
• digital nomads living in Brazil
• international athletes (especially in coastal regions, like in Ceará) Levels: • beginners who want a strong communication foundation • intermediate students who want to speak more naturally • advanced students who want to refine fluency and cultural understanding

Isabela is a really good friendly teacher and I liked her methodology based on learning the native communication with regional dialects.
She helped me a lot to learn more about the Brazilian accent and culture to cope with the language barrierView more recommendations
