About Xolile
I am currently working as a learner support coach, assisting learners on a Bankseta Lasa project which is a learnership that takes about a year. I am a registered counselor by profession. I am very passionate in helping people realizing their full potential. I am a mother and a wife. I acquired a Bachelors Honours degree in Psychology and Philosophy. I did my post graduate diploma in Community work and further did my certificate in counseling. I have done advance trauma counseling course. I have a certificate in computer basics and a certificate in businesses English. Over all I adapt very easily in every environment and I have an understanding that people are unique.

I normally follow the syllabus from the school. I like creating my own vocabulary for words that we consta use. I like intiate ideas for the flexibility of my students and also gather more information from the students on what they enjoy the most and stick on it.
