I couldn’t recommend Giovanni enough - he was extremely time giving and focussed to my objectives for the lesson - not just within the tutorial itself but beforehand and afterwards. Prior to the lesson, Giovanni put a lot of effort and genuine care into building a menu which was suitable to my goals and following the tutorial, he took a genuine interest in my opinion of the dishes created.

Within the tutorial itself, Giovanni was patient, friendly, engaging and full of fascinating tips and tricks which I will use from now on. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely cook with Giovanni again in the future.

Overall- I highly recommend. Very professional and well worth every penny spent.

Giovanni spent the morning cooking with my son and his friend, both teenage boys have Adhd and are hard to engage. Giovanni was patient, informative, they learnt so much, and were rewarded with a really delicious meal at lunch which they had all prepared together. My son is looking forward to his next lesson and I highly recommend Giovanni who makes the cooking really fun and engaging. TC.
