Dear Future Students,
Greetings from a passionate educator with 15 years of experience in shaping young minds, especially in the crucial early years where reading skills and educational foundations are established. I've dedicated a significant part of my career to teaching first grade, where we embark on an exciting journey of learning and discovery together.
During the pandemic, I navigated the challenges of online teaching, ensuring that my students received a quality education regardless of the circumstances. I also had the privilege of teaching for VIPKID, honing my skills in delivering engaging and effective online lessons.
Coming from a small town with a big Texas accent, I bring a unique charm to the classroom that makes learning not only educational but also enjoyable. Alongside my teaching experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree from West Texas A&M University, a Texas teaching certificate Generalist EC-4th grade, and I am
EC-4 ESL ( English as a second language)
In addition to my passion for education, I've explored the world of real estate, holding a license and working part-time for two years. This diverse background allows me to bring real-world experiences into our learning adventures, making our lessons both relevant and enriching.
