About Rosie
I have recently graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History (focus: Middle East & North Africa). I tutored throughout my 4 years at university, I assisting my students with primary and secondary school-level homework and projects in all subjects (English, Maths, Social Studies, Geography, History, Science etc.). Recently I found out that the students I taught (refugees whose first language is Arabic) have been selected to take "honors" classes (the highest level of classes offered) at their high school.

I believe that an effective tutor is able to adapt to and accommodate each student's needs. Because of that, I do not have set teaching methods, and the structure of my lessons is flexible. However, the basic philosophy which underpins my teaching style is that simplicity is key. I really believe that *everyone* is capable of creating brilliant writing (no matter the subject) if they focus on structure and build from there.

I will only be providing tutoring services online over the coming months, however from September onwards I can provide in-person tutoring in London and the rate will increase to £45/hr plus travel fees.
