About Nesara
Born in 1990 in a town called Mysore in South India. I moved to Germany for my masters 5 years ago. I am an engineer, a yoga teacher and a work-life balance coach. I offer classes for Iyengar yoga, Patanjali yoga, meditation, pranayama, relaxation and stress management. And my classes are conducted in English. I have an international yoga teacher’s certification from S-Vyasa University. I also practised Iyengar yoga in my school in India for 10 years. I am giving private lessons and teaching at multiple yoga studios and VHSs for the past five years. I can also read and write Sanskrit which is a language of ancient India with a history going back about 3,500 years. Sanskrit was the religious and philosophical language for Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
