I am very strong in communicating with children, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience. Other characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices, and a lifelong love of learning. I will be using a few strategies to get children's attention: directly questioning them, slideshow, conducting games, puzzles, experimental learning, flow charts, etc.
