About Maggie
I am a junior at Ohio University, studying Journalism with a certificate in Diversity Studies. A lot of my time is spent writing and editing papers so I believe I am well-versed in my English skills. In my free time, I write for the University newspaper and have taken several writing classes that have shaped my skills as a writer.

I am a hands-on tutor who will break down the key grammar concepts that will help students improve their writing through application and practice. During my lesson, I will help students apply these grammar concepts and guide them through their errors. Some examples of topics I go over are subject-verb agreement, active/passive voice, proper punctuation, prepositions, modifiers, etc. My plans will vary for each student and address their individual needs accordingly.
