About Bimini
I am a 22-year-old journalism student at the University of Queensland and have lived in Brisbane for the past three years.
I grew up in Byron Bay and undertook my entire education from K-12 at a Steiner school there.
I earned two places on the honour roll for my HSC in 2020 and received a scholarship at UQ.

My best quality as a tutor is my ability to understand students and cater my teaching to their specific learning styles. I always try to teach in the way that best suits the individual student I'm tutoring, as that ensures better engagement from them and, consequently, better results academically.
I spent almost two years tutoring primary school and year nine students in Byron Bay while in high school. I have since only tutored family members in a non-official capacity, as I have been focusing on my tertiary studies. I am enrolled in my final semester of a Bachelor of Journalism and work as a casual reporter at the Courier-Mail.
I usually stick to 30 or 60-minute lessons, depending on the age and preference of the student.
My focus areas are primary school English (spelling, writing, reading) and maths, though I am also experienced in teaching both subjects up to year nine level.
