About Eva
My name is Eva, and I'm 19 years old. I finished my Leaving Cert a few months ago, and I know firsthand how daunting the Irish exam can be, particularly in comparison to other languages offered at Junior and Leaving Certificate level. I remember thinking it was impossible to achieve a H1 in Irish, because of its complicated grammar and the large workload that comes with the subject.
However, with practice and studying the correct way, you can breeze through the JC and LC Irish exams. It's difficult to get the support needed from teachers when there are lots of other students in your class, so I hope to target the areas you're having the most trouble with, and give you more confidence in all aspects of the subject, both spoken and written!
I aim to collaborate with students on what approach they feel would help them best, as every student is different. With hard work your goals are always possible!

Having completed my Leaving Certificate Irish exams recently, obtaining a H1 in the aural, oral and written aspects of the exam, I can offer a detailed and comprehensive understanding of what a student needs to achieve their potential and obtain top results in both JC and LC Irish exams!
With online lessons ranging from 45 to 60 minutes, I will cover all aspects of the Irish course, guided by students with a quick initial assessment to determine what areas to focus on.
Offering students of all year groups and all skill levels, higher or ordinary level, weekly exam-oriented lessons as someone who has been fluent in Irish from the age of 6, as well as someone with a keen interest in the language.
I aim to not only provide students with notes for recurring topics and themes on the paper, but also the skillset and understanding of the Irish language and grammar to allow students to be prepared for whatever an exam may throw at them.
