About Shihab
I attend the top public high school in NYC, Stuyvesant High School. It is a rigorous school meant to challenge the brightest students. I have much experience dealing with and overcoming academic struggles. I also have experience tutoring at my school's summer tutoring program, the METIS project, Youth Academic Initiative, and general private tutoring with elementary and middle school students.

I do not overcomplicate lessons, using a rather straightforward approach. I am determined to help my tutee understand a topic that they are struggling with using multiple approaches until they achieve satisfactory mastery. E.g. slideshows, worksheets, walking through problems together, kahoots, tips and tricks, etc.
