About Bo Kyung
Sharing my knowledge of the Korean language and culture -I suppose to say "sharing instead of teaching"- is one of the best things in my life. I always do my best for my students in the lessons because I hope my students enjoy learning the Korean language and culture with me as much as I enjoy it. I am a very passionate and approachable Korean teacher. I always look for something new and different material for our lessons and ask how students think about each lesson. Then my students get into our lessons more and more. I am very much looking forward to seeing you guys as well! :) I have a master's degree in teaching the Korean language as a foreign language from Hanguk University of Foreign Study in Seoul. I am teaching the Korean language for Bolder Academy and Old Ford in London as well and more individual students who are all over the world on ZOOM. Also, I am planning to make a small group in-person lesson for beginner level in Camden Town.

What you need and want to learn is always the first to me. Don't hesitate about what you want :) One of my best things for Korean lessons is making the best environment for you to speak in Korean as much as you can. I think forgetting about tension or pressure is the most important to speak a foreign language. I can say I am good at helping you with it according to my current students. Now I have many different ranges of student levels as well as ages from 8 years old to 60 years old. I have a good ability for empathising so age is not a big deal between us :)

Perfect! I love my lessons with Kim Bo-Kyung. She is an excellent Korean tutor and I highly recommend her. She is enthusiastic and accommodating, taking great delight in any progress I make and creating engaging and easy to follow work sheets and homework that are a joy to complete. Perfect! Calm, Patient teacher. Clear method of teaching. Lots of speaking and focus on being interactive, rather it being totally teacher lead. Lots of practice is fit within a small space of time.
