I am a pre-med student who lives in Philadelphia during the school year. I take my academics very seriously and enjoy learning new information. I am an energetic, patient person who can empathize well. If kids are struggling, I am able to stay calm and reassure them.

What sets me apart from other tutors is my ability to adapt to the student's needs. For example, some students need visual learning methods and I can provide that. My typical lesson plan includes going over background information, then applying that info to practice problems. After the problems, we can discuss mistakes and any questions. Lastly, I would give studying methods to make sure the learning sticks; such as flashcards or quizlets. I can teach anywhere from kindergarten to introductory college courses.
