Hi! I’m Ritika, a Kinesiology graduate with a deep passion for understanding how the human body works. My background in kinesiology allows me to break down complex scientific subjects—like anatomy, physiology, and biology—into clear, practical concepts that actually make sense. Whether you are aiming to boost your grades in high school or conquer tough university-level coursework, my goal is to make science both manageable and engaging.

Teaching Methodology & Techniques
I move away from standard rote memorization and focus on deep, visual comprehension.

Active Recall & Spaced Repetition: I help you build custom visual flashcards and active-recall worksheets to ensure concepts stick long-term for exams.

Interactive Visuals: We utilize customized diagrams, and flowcharts to map out physiological processes step-by-step.

Real-World Application: Because of my kinesiology background, I connect anatomical terminology directly to real-world movement, physical function, and clinical examples, giving context to abstract ideas.

A Typical 60-Minute Lesson Plan

First 5–10 Mins: Quick recap quiz or active recall check on previous material to consolidate long-term memory.

Next 35 Mins: Core concept breakdown using step-by-step custom diagrams (e.g., breaking down the sliding filament theory or cardiac cycle).

Next 10 Mins: Applied exam-style practice questions to test your application of the material in real-time.

Final 5 Mins: Summary wrap-up, addressing lingering questions, and setting clear targets for independent study.

What Sets Me Apart
Unlike general science tutors, my formal background in Kinesiology gives me a specialized, functional understanding of human anatomy and physiology. I don't just teach you what a muscle or organ system is—I teach you how and why it works in motion. I bring a structured, highly organized, and patient coaching style that translates tough lab materials and heavy lectures into simple, actionable steps.

Who These Lessons Are For

High School Students (Grades 9–12): Looking to build strong fundamentals in General Biology, Human Physiology, or prepare for upcoming unit tests and final exams.

College & University Students: Taking introductory courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Nursing, or Pre-Med looking for help with lecture content, lab preparation, and exam prep.
